After-sales service at the top and finally compliant product
SAV au top et produit finalement conforme
First order for Tinkerbell placed on April 10, received on the 13th, unfortunately the fairy's wings were broken, so I launched a return procedure (automated via the personal space). The return package arrived on the 17th at CadeauCity, upon receipt of the package I had a return from the after-sales service which must be said is very responsive and a solution was quickly found. Result on April 20 I was able to recover the figurine in perfect condition and consistent with the photo, it is really very beautiful. I would recommend without worries on this site, thank you.
Première commande de la fée clochette passée le 10 avril, réceptionnée la 13, malheureusement les ailes de la fée étaient cassée, j'ai donc lancé une procédure de retour (automatisé via l'espace personnel). Le colis de retour est arrivé le 17 chez CadeauCity, dès réception du colis j'ai eu un retour du SAV qui faut le dire est très réactif et une solution a été rapidement trouvée. Résultat le 20 avril j'ai pu récupérer la figurine en parfait état et conforme à la photo, elle est vraiment très belle. Je recommanderais sans soucis sur ce site, merci.
